Advise of SilibaseRA-4ZAL Alloy Die Casting Release Agents:
● Die-casting mold release agents must dilute with pure water or diesel oil, dilution ratio 1:100 ~ 1:120, gently shake or stir well before use; dilution ratio according to complexity of the casting and mould deep make appropriate adjustments.
● The spray gun or automatic system pay attention to spray evenly and blow dry.
● The best mould working temperature is 150 ℃ to 200 ℃.
● Die-casting mould release agent under normal temperature storage, pay attention to prevent frostbite prevent bask in, after opening attention hermetic seal good keeping.

Validity of SilibaseRA-4ZAL Alloy Die Casting Release Agents:
Sealed and stored at room temperature for at least 18 months from manufacture date.
