Usage of SilibaseMD-4309 Release Agent for PU S h o e Sole:
● First use a suitable solvent or cleaning agents thoroughly washed to remove residual or other stains, then wipe the mould by a clean cloth or towel.
● Dilution ratio is 1:20(polyether) and 1:25(polyester). After dilution, spray by air-assisted equipment or used by brush or cotton cloth.
● Spray 3-5 layers for new mold or cleaned mold evenly with the release agent fully covered in mold.
● You can use an air gun to blow-dry the release agent and finally use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the mold. Release agent must be thorough dry before PU injection.
