SilibaseRA-4OTT External Tyre Mold Dope is a kind of water-based environmentally friendly release agent for rubber outside tires. SilibaseRA-4OTT External Tyre Mold Dope does not contain harmful material, is mainly applicable for a various surface of outside tyre demoulding by assisting to rubber flow and air bleed. Its important characteristics are superior performance of high temperature resistant and high stability, which will not transfer to the product. SilibaseRA-4OTT External Tyre Mold Dope does not affect the after-processing Outside tires is forming good and has smooth surface.
Physical Properties:
● Appearance: Milky white liquid
● Odor: Non strong smell
● Density(g/ml): 1.0g/ml
● Working temperature: 70℃~250℃
● PH value: 7
● Dilution ratio: 1: 8~10 with purified water
Usage Instruction:
● Use proper cleanning agent to remove dirts and residues of mold and dry the mold.
● Dilute concentrated release agent SilibaseRA-4OTT External Tyre Mold Dope with purified water according to the ratio. Accurate dilution rate please according to practical testing.
● After dilution then add release agent into the tank of spray system and spray uniformly release agent on the mold. Blow dry the release agent if need and the mold temperature is suggested to be between 100~220℃.
● Please spray once release agent after every time demoulding.
Storage & Shelf life:
● Please stored at indoor under 5℃-35℃ and away from acids and alkaline. Seal up container after open to use and need to use up diluted release agent within 3 days.
● Shelf life is 18 months at least from the date of manufacture.
