2. Scope of application:
Muzhibao-concentrated fiberboard softener is mainly suitable for softening and modifying fiberboard (medium density or low-density fiberboard) with a thickness of less than 2 cm. It is widely used to make fiberboard concave-convex texture molded fiber door panels, veneer molded door panels, and melamine molded door panels. Door panels, bedside fiberboard decorative panels, and concave-convex graphics automotive interior parts and other heterosexual furniture panels.
3. How to use:
Soaking method, brushing method and spraying method are conventionally used
2. Soaking method: It is recommended to directly dilute Muzhibao-concentrated fiberboard softener and industrial alcohol into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 1-2% before soaking. Soaking time is 5-30 minutes
3. The brushing method is recommended to dilute the wood treasure-concentrated fiberboard softener and industrial alcohol into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 4-5% and then brush, and the painting area is 15-20 square/KG
4. When spraying the sprayer, it is recommended to dilute Muzhibao-concentrated fiberboard softener and industrial alcohol into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 6-8. Please move to an outdoor ventilated place for operation. The spray area is 15-20 square meters/KG.
4. Matters needing attention:
1. When softening fiberboard products that require high expansion coefficients, it is recommended not to dilute with water to avoid expansion and degumming of density boards.
2. After the melamine veneer molded-density door panel is concave-convex formed, pay attention to the cold-pressing treatment after forming to avoid internal buckle after forming
3. When the fiberboard with a thickness of 10mm or more is processed by brushing method and spraying method, it is recommended to treat both the front and back sides to ensure that the softener is fully penetrated.
4. When using a sprayer to spray, please move to an outdoor ventilated place for operation
5. In case of accidental drinking, drink a lot of water, do not force vomiting, go to the hospital for treatment
