Halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for nylon (FR-8868) FR-8868 phosphorus-nitrogen-based environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant is a non-migrating phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant with low cost, high water repellency, and hydrolysis resistance. It is a carrier-free white particle made by a special process. FR-8868 has a high bulk density, which helps to disperse the flame retardant in the resin and improve the flame retardancy and physical properties of the product. Reduce dust during use. Technical parameter: Whiteness(%) 95 Phosphorus content (%) 20%±0.5 Water content (%) ≤0.3 Nitrogen content (%) 16%±0.5 Density (g/m3) 1.2 Decomposition temperature ≥360 Application: FR-8868 is a flame retardant used for PA66 and PA6 modified plastics, and has a good flame retardant effect. Compared with domestic and foreign halogen-free flame retardants, it has the same effect. Can be used for glass fiber and non-reinforced nylon. The flame-retardant nylon produced has good physical and electrical properties. The maximum amount of FR-8868 in nylon 66 add 30% fiber is 14%; the maximum amount of nylon 6 add 30% fiber is 20%, and the maximum amount of 15% fiber add 23% can reach UL-94 (1.6 mm) V-0. The amount of flame retardant may vary due to differences in polymer processing conditions and the amount of added diffrent. Packaging: Paper-plastic composite bag lined with plastic packaging bag, net weight 25KG per bag, stored in a cool and dry place, and transported as general chemicals. Precautions: The product is a carrier-free masterbatch, which only needs to be stirred evenly at a low of 20≈30S. An appropriate amount of diffusion can be added to prevent delamination. No high temperature resistant adhesives such as white mineral oil can be used. High stirring is not required. |
