Process Advice of SilibaseRA-4MAL Magnesium Alloy Casting Release Agent:
● Can be used for the simple shape of the casting once every two die coating, die coating complex castings each time.
● It’s not recommended for the processing of reactive metals, such as: zirconium, and other materials.
● Strictly controlled concentration (periodic addition of new fluid) will help to extend the life of the whole groove machining fluid.
● If the processing tank / pool appeared to be removed regularly appear slick, is conducive to inhibit bacterial growth.
● Not allowed to add / mix other materials or products.
Usage Instructions:
