Notice of SilibaseRA-4ZAL Release Agent for Zinc Alloy:
● Die-casting mold release agents must dilute with pure water or diesel oil, dilution ratio 1:100 ~ 1:120, gently shake or stir well before use; dilution ratio according to complexity of the casting and mould deep make appropriate adjustments.
● The spray gun or automatic system pay attention to spray evenly and blow dry.
● The best mould working temperature is 150℃ to 200℃.
● Die-casting mould release agent under normal temperature storage, pay attention to prevent frostbite prevent bask in, after opening attention hermetic seal good keeping.
Storage: SilibaseRA-4ZAL Release Agent for Zinc Alloy should be stored in a cool place in its original package. Avoid direct contact with acidic and alkaline chemicals. Avoid heavy pressure and direct sunlight.
