What Is It:
SilibaseRA-4MAL Release Agents for Die Casting is anew environmentally friendly magnesium alloy mold release agent? For thickness of 0.5mm or larger of magnesium, such as precision electronic parts, computer housings, aviation products. SilibaseRA-4MAL Release Agents for Die Casting does not contain HAP, PAHS and various heavy metals. Passed ROHS and REACH latest environmental standards. Product Performance:
● Good heat dissipation and insulation properties
When an aqueous solution containing release agent mold surface when exposed to high temperature, moisture evaporates quickly remove excess heat to ensure that mold in the design temperatures; simultaneously release agent will be attached to the surface of the mold lubricating insulation film, high temperature red rinse, ensuring magnesium alloy melting and rapid cooling soup will not fill smoothly shaped cavity, after the separation, the casting surface does not affect the porosity and c o m p a c t i o n.

Process Advice of SilibaseRA-4MAL Release Agents for Die Casting:
● Place before using the machine and processing tank / pool deployment of a good clean then adding magnesium alloy processing fluid.
● Make sure 2-4 atm compressed working fluid spray evenly distributed in the mold surfaces while the mold surface temperature should not be lower than 180 ℃.
● Can be used for the simple shape of the casting once every two-die coating, die coating complex castings each time.
● It’s not recommended for the processing of reactive metals, such as: zirconium, and other materials.
● Strictly controlled concentration (periodic addition of new fluid) will help to extend the life of the whole groove machining fluid.
● If the processing tank / pool appeared to be removed regularly appear slick, is conducive to inhibit bacterial growth.
